We are seeking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
  • Arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Communicating with local suppliers.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.

Requirements

  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal Greek and English skills are necessarily
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Work permission is obligatory.
  • Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
  • A high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
